France 4 continues to be a public service station geared toward the next generation, the quirky style and rye humor that this channel is known for are evident in the new campaign of self promotional spots that have been on air since March 27th.
The use of a large 4 as a window frame through which we view the program, gives the spots an official look, fit for the Francetélévision family. The packshots from the program lead-ins that accompany the scenes use a mix of animated objects whose meaning is library and loosely translated, congruous with then untraditional and irreverent tone of France 4.
